21 Day Purification Program

This purification program is one of the best I ever came across. It is easy to follow and you will not have to starve yourself during the course of the program. Since every person is in a different place in his or her level of personal fitness, this purification program has 2 different programs to choose from. The optimal intensity program is called “Garden Variety“, the modified program is called “Wholesome Medley“.It does not matter which program you choose; what is important that for three weeks you follow the program in its entirety.

What to Expect During Purification

As you progress through your recommended purification program, you may experience some changes. As always, please talk with your health care professional if you have questions about how you feel or what you are experiencing.

Some Benefits of Completing the Standard Process Purification Program Many people who complete the purification program experience:

Other Changes

  • For some people going through the purification program, the frequency and quantity of urination increases. This is a normal reaction as the body begins to burn fat and natural insulin levels drop. This will level out after a few days.
  • Some people also notice an increase in the quantity of bowel movements. This too is normal. Most people today have forgotten what a complete bowel movement entails.

Optimal Intensity Program: Garden Variety

Garden Variety is a purification program that consists of eating only vegetables and fruits. Vegetables contain many vital nutrients, and their enzymes work as natural cleansing agents. Raw vegetables have stronger cleansing ability than cooked, but all vegetables are beneficial. Beets purify the blood; asparagus promotes healthy kidney function; and artichokes enhance liver function just to name a few. Food Intake: Weeks 1-3

For the first three weeks, consume only the items listed here in addition to your supplementation. Use organic fruits and vegetables if available.

Fruit-eat twice as many vegetables as compared to fruit (1 serving = 1 cup)

In addition, this program contains foods that will maintain healthy weight consistently This program is called Wholesome Medley because it contains a variety of whole foods that promote a long-term commitment for the health of your body Once you complete this program, continue to eat plenty of raw vegetables and fruits, and resist the temptation of sugar-laden treats. *
